A lasting repaint is decided long before the colour goes on. I fill every crack, sand joinery back to smooth, caulk the gaps and prime bare patches — then lay high‑coverage mineral topcoats that hide in fewer passes and hold their colour.
Because the paint is water‑based and zero‑VOC, there are no lingering fumes: most rooms are back in use the same evening, and the house never smells like a building site.
